Our History

The story of Parkview Fairways is a classic family adventure that began back in 1993 when the land’s owners, Nicolette and David Damaske, left the farming business and decided to turn their family-owned farmland into a golf course. After hiring Pete Craig to design the layout in 1992, they unexpectedly discovered an artesian well during the process in 1993—which was a fun surprise!

The front nine holes opened in 1994, followed by the back nine in 1995, establishing our course as a local favorite for both seasoned golfers and families alike. To this day, we’re proud to remain locally owned and operated by the Damaske family, who are dedicated to maintaining the welcoming, family-focused atmosphere that makes our course special.
